The Tonggosan Recreation Forest is located in the upstream
Buryeong Valley which is highly noted for its beauty and
history. The bottom and sides of the valley is made up of
granite which gives off a white glow that has been weathered
into intricate forms. The water surging down the valley forms
big and small waterfalls and the bottom has been dug into a
natural jar, each with a unique shape. The sunrise at the peak
(1,067m) of Tonggosan is a must-see spectacle.
